- Change the status of your membership between the 7th of June 2018 and the 15th of June 2018 to active and immediately receive exclusive access to the waiting list feature in the app.
- When you reactivate your membership using the app, instead of the website, you will have access to this new feature as well.
- The start date of your membership is the same date as the date you are reactivating your membership. You cannot change this date to another date.
- This promotion is only for our existing members who have been active before and only if you have received the mail about this promotion.
- Your membership will be automatically renewed after reactivation, unless you pause on time.
- The regular terms and conditions apply to your reactivated membership.
- This promotion will only work when you reactivate your OneFit account with the email address on which you have received the mail.
1. If your account cannot be reactivated it can be the case that your account is blocked due to an outstanding payment. Please go to invoices in your account on the website to fulfil the open payment. After that you can reactivate your membership.
2. If you don't see the waiting list option in the app, please log out and log in again. If that doesn't work, please update the app or reinstall the app.
3. OneFit is currently still in the test phase of this new feature. If the function is not properly working we are forced to turn the feature off again.
