Were you not able to check-in for a lesson? It can happen! And we can help you out. Contact Customer Service either by phone, email or Facebook as soon as possible and we will check you in manually.
It is super important to check-in so that locations are paid for your visit! If you do not check-in you will be charged €10 fee as cancellation costs, and your account will be blocked until you have paid this.
If you do not pay this within 24 hours, your future reservations will be cancelled. If you have another reservation planned within 24 hours, you must pay the cancellation fee before this lesson's cancelation period, otherwise it will be removed from your reservations.
So in conclusion - if you participated in a lesson and your check-in didn't work let us know ASAP so we can make sure you get to keep all your lessons!
Tip: You must contact customer service within 3 days. After 3 days, you will no longer be able to be checked in and the location doesn't get paid for your visit!
