In case you forgot to check in or you were late (checking in is allowed 30min before until 5min after start of class), first ask at the location if you are still allowed to attend the class. If yes, follow these steps:
1. Try to check in one more time even if the check in doesn't come through. Your activity is registered and like that, we can see if you were within the check in radius of the location. This does not count as proof of attendance. Please note: This is not a guarantee for a manual check-in via our Community Succes department.
2. Another option is to make a printscreen of your location in your phone via Google Maps (or any other maps app) or the OneFit app and send it to us so we know that you have been there. Or make a cool selfie of yourself on location ;-).
3. Attend the class and send us an email afterwards. We can check you in up to 3 days after the class if we can locate your check in try at the correct time and location. Nice to know: the instructor can verify your class booking in the partner portal but he/she is not able to check you in.
