At OneFit, pausing is the same as stopping. You are inactive in our system until you activate your account again. With OneFit you always pay per 30 days. If you do not want to continue (immediately) after a period of 30 days, you must indicate this at least 10 days before the end of your current period. Once your membership is canceled you can still use your membership until the end of the current period. The next subscription date will be canceled as well as direct debits for further periods.
Pause / stop via the app:
- go to account then to account details
- scroll down and uncheck 'activate subscription'
Pause / stop via the website:
- log in click on the avatar in the upper right corner
- go to membership settings
- change status
Note: we use a cancellation period of 10 days. If you want to prevent a new period from starting, you must indicate this in the above way at least 10 days before the end of your current period.
If your period runs from 01-05-2018 until 30-05-2018 and you want to pause your membership during the next period, you have to pause your subscription before 20-05 at the latest. As a result, your subscription will not be extended for the next period, starting on May 31, 2014. If you pause on or after 20-05, your subscription will first be extended and paused after the coming period.
