You are able to make reservations for classes either through the OneFit website, or in the OneFit app. A few things you should know about making reservations:
1. Find lessons by searching through "Locations" or "Lessons": For either one, you can add filters to find the types of lessons or locations that you are interested in and can specify a time of day you are planning to get a workout and to see what is available then.
2. Reserve until 15 minutes beforehand: For most locations you can book a lessen up to 15 minutes before it starts. However, there are some locations that require you reserve 2 hours beforehand. Check out the location's description for their specific policy!
3. First come, first serve: At some locations it is not possible to make a reservation in advance. Rather there is a first come, first serve policy. For these locations make sure to get yourself there as early as possible to guarantee your spot!
4. When no reservations are needed (Drop-in): At any location that is a gym or sports school you are able to check-in without a reservation. Make sure to read the location's description for their official opening hours and to see if there are any particularities regarding their specific check-in policies for OneFitters!
Depending on your membership you can have a maximum of 4 or 6 bookings during a 30 day period. A new booking can only be made if you have visited one of the 6 booked classes or if you cancel one of those booked classes. Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks prior.
Even if you have the maximum amount of open bookings, you are still allowed to work out at an open gym (rule applies: first come, first serve").
