Manage your fitness schedule and get motivated by arranging everything online via your OneFit app. Reserve lessons or hit the gym and check-in at the venue before your workout.
Visit all the gyms in your city during opening hours, and follow group lessons by making reservations. You can workout twice a day (at different venues) and you can visit every venue a maximum of 4 times per month.
There are no fixed contracts, you can always cancel your subscription as long as it's 10 days before the end of your current membership period.
Here are the most important OneFit rules. Please read them carefully.
Check-ins and Reservations
You can reserve up to 6 lessons in advance with OneFit. These lessons can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. You can workout a maximum of twice every day (not at the same venue) and you can visit each venue up to 4 times per month.
Every time you arrive at a venue you have to check-in with the OneFit app. This applies whether you have booked a lesson or you are just using the gym.
Monthly Membership Period
A OneFit membership consists of monthly periods that last 30 days. The subscription is automatically extended by 30 days every month, unless you indicate in time that you do not want to renew your membership. We have a notice period of 10 days before the end of your current membership period. Pausing can easily be done via the app or the website under 'Account Details' and then 'Membership Settings'.
Cancellations
Not going to make it to your class? Then you can cancel your lesson before the cancellation period expires. Venues either have a cancellation period of 2 or 8 hours - you can check this in their class description. This means you must cancel your reservation at least 2 or 8 hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel your reservation in time you will get a "no-show" notice. The first "no-show" is a warning, if you miss any further reservations you will receive a €10 "no-show" fee.
Note: Please pay your "no-show" fee within 48 hours to ensure retainment of all future reservations.
